Terms and Conditions
By booking with Cebu Travel Oslob Tours (CTOT), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
1. Booking and Reservation
• A minimum 50% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Payment may be made via bank deposit or money transfer.
• Once the down payment is received, your booking is considered confirmed and secured.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour.
• No down payment means no confirmed booking.
2. Cancellation Policy (During Tour Activities)
Policy Statement:
Once tour activities have commenced, no refunds will be issued for on-the-spot cancellations.
Rationale:
This policy ensures that all resources, schedules, and service providers are properly compensated. It also prevents last-minute disruptions that may affect other guests and tour operations.
Policy Details:
• Cancellations must be made before tour activities start to be eligible for a refund.
• Participants must notify CTOT as soon as possible for any cancellation.
• Refunds may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen events, provided valid proof is submitted.
• Guests who cancel on the spot may be offered rescheduling or alternative arrangements, subject to availability.
• This policy is communicated through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, or official CTOT channels.
• CTOT enforces this policy fairly and consistently.
• Policies may be updated when needed, and changes will be announced accordingly.
3. Booking Changes & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable (especially for prepaid items such as entrance fees).
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are required to pay the full package amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be deducted by any incurred fees (bank, transfer, accommodation, or administrative charges).
4. Accommodation Policy
• Guests who cancel or do not show up must follow the hotel or resort’s cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be given if guests decide to change their accommodation after confirmation.
• Any hotel or accommodation concerns must be addressed directly with the hotel management.
5. Fitness, Safety & Liability
• Guests must be in good physical and mental condition to join tour activities.
• All guests must attend the orientation/briefing and sign a waiver before the tour starts.
• CTOT reserves the right to change or cancel itineraries for safety and service quality.
• CTOT is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, accidents, or events beyond our control.
6. Agreement
By submitting your registration and down payment, you confirm that you fully agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
